We provide all types of service for computers including Spyware & Virus Removal Upgrades Troubleshooting Repairs of all types Custom Building Our On-Site rate is $50 per hour with a minimum of 1/2 hour. We will travel 25 miles from Falls City, NE, with no mileage charge. Beyond 25 miles, we charge 40 cents per mile. Our In-Store rate is $30 per hour, however we often do not change for the full time we work on a computer in-store since we can work on multiple computers at a time. The most common issue we currently encoutner is what we call a Full Cleanup. When we do a full cleanup, we remove unneeded files, spyware, adware and viruses. We also do all the Windows Updates as well as some other software updates if needed. Finally, we also physically clean the dust out of the computer to help extend it's life. This Full Cleanup usually runs $45 - $60. It typically takes 4 - 6 hours to complete, so we will need your computer for a full day, but it will run much better and faster when we're done.
